Our Services
Nursing Services
Together with our Director of Nursing, our nursing team is comprised of genuinely caring people who work with patients individually to help them recover as fast and comfortably as possible.
Rehabilitation Services
Each patient receives intensive and individualized therapies. Along with occupational, physical, and speech therapy, we also offer pulmonary, wound, and respiratory therapy.
Social Services
Our social services team assists both residents and their families during transitional periods. We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, help in care planning and manage discharge planning for each resident.
Respite Care
Our center offers respite to caregivers who tirelessly care for chronically or terminally ill individuals at home. When your loved one stays with us, we provide a secure and comforting environment that brings peace of mind to the family caregiver.

It feels like home! A smaller facility that is equipped with rehab services and can provide long term placement or respite. The activity director (Aviana) plans special events for the residents to look forward to. The admissions director for the building (Kate) will not stop at any obstacle to help a patient get the care they need. The director of nursing (Katelyn) oversees all the nursing managemnt to ensure high quality of care.

Belle Terrace really sets the bar for the standard of care that should be given in a nursing home… Starting from admission, Kate their director walks you through what to expect and anticipate during your stay and she is always checking in to make sure things are going well. Their physical therapy department and nursing staff work hard to get you home quickly and safely. Here, they make you feel like part of a family, not just another patient going through a revolving door. If you want a facility that actually puts care first and feels like home, then this is the place to go. I can not recommend them enough!
