Who We Are


Belle Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a specialized 59-bed facility dedicated to providing high-quality long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services. Our community is designed to feel comfortable and welcoming, creating a supportive environment where residents can focus on recovery, wellness, and daily living. Conveniently located near St. Luke’s Quakertown Campus and Highway 309, Belle Terrace offers easy access for families and the surrounding community while maintaining a calm, home-like setting.

Our vision is to be a trusted provider of compassionate, high-quality care for individuals who require rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term support. We strive to create an environment where residents feel respected, safe, and supported while working toward improved health, greater independence, and a meaningful quality of life. Through clinical excellence and genuine human connection, we aim to make Belle Terrace a place residents and families can rely on with confidence.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide each resident with individualized care and treatment tailored to their specific needs and goals. We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer service experience for residents and their families while fostering dignity, respect, and comfort in everything we do. Through collaboration between our clinical team, therapists, and caregivers, we help residents achieve their highest possible level of function, mobility, and independence.

Belle Terrace At A Glance

We process admissions 24/7 for your convenience.
Registered Nurses (RNs) are on duty and available onsite 24 hours a day, providing dedicated care round the clock.
All beds are Medicare and Medicaid certified.
Our facility provides a less institutionalized feel compared to other facilities, ensuring a homely atmosphere.
All rooms are equipped with electric high/low beds, WiFi, and cable TV for added comfort.
We offer Beauty and Barber services for our residents.
We actively engage in providing community services, staying connected with the local senior population even before they require long-term care.
State-of-the-Art Therapy Gym.
Our full in-house rehab unit offers Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy (ST) services.

Meet Out Team

Melissa Breece, NHA

Administrator

I am passionate about providing quality experiences for our residents and holding high standards of care for all our staff. I come to long-term care with background in hospitality and management. I started my journey in long-term care as an Activities Director and transitioned to Belle Terrace as an Assistant Administrator in 2024. It’s a pleasure to be a part of this team!

Amanda Miliner

Interim Director of Nursing

I am honored to serve as the Interim Director of Nursing. Caring for others has always been my passion, and I feel fortunate to work in a profession where I can make a difference in residents’ lives each day. I believe every resident deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, and I am dedicated to leading our nursing team with the same care and commitment I would want for my own loved ones. Outside of work, I am a proud mom of four, and my goal is to help residents feel at home while ensuring families feel supported.

Mairini Soto, RN

Assistant Director of Nursing

I am a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in, Geriatrics and Care management. My role here at Belle Terrace specializes in Infection Control and Staff education. I am deeply passionate about providing compassionate, human-centered care and advocating for the best possible patient outcomes. Outside of my workplace, I enjoy traveling with my kids and attending their sport events.

Jenna Gross, PTA

Director of Rehabilitation

I am dedicated to providing high quality therapy services to our short- and long-term residents. I began my career in long term care in 2017 as a Physical Therapist Assistant and transitioned into the Director of Rehabilitation role in 2022. I enjoy collaborating this team to create the best outcomes for our residents.

Social Services Director

My role as the Director of Social Services has allowed me to help the elderly and other patients who come to our facility. I have been with Belle Terrace for over three years now. I have been married for 25 years, and my husband and I have six children and two grandchildren. I come to work treating our patients and their families the way I would want my own family to be treated.
Each day, I give it my all by going above and beyond to ensure that our patients are set up for a safe discharge and receive the care they need both here and at home.

I graduated from Culinary Institute of America in 1997 and have worked in the dining industry for over 30 years. I know how important the dining experience is for all our residents and my goal is to provide that at all times. I am honored to be the culinary manager here at Belle Terrace and look forward to working with the residents and staff to ensure the best culinary experience that can be had.

I am the Human Resources Director with a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture within the healthcare industry. With experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and workforce development, I am committed to ensuring that staff have the resources and support they need to succeed. I believe that strong leadership, open communication, and teamwork are essential to providing exceptional care and service. My goal is to create an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to make a meaningful difference every day.

I have worked in nursing homes since 2002, starting out as a CNA before transitioning to RN in 2010. I later became an In-Service Coordinator, then transitioned to RNAC in 2017. I served as DON for three years during COVID and have since returned to my role as RNAC.
